Turning Department

The Turning Department of Meccanica Italiana^® is equipped with second position lathes with working range:

Maximum Diameter of Ø 500 mm and a Maximum Length of 1.000 mm.

All machines are equipped with driven tools and axis "C", some even with "Y" axis.

Robotic Systems Department

Meccanica Italiana^® has a Robotic Cells Department for turning with a working range: maximum diameter of Ø 200 mm and a maximum length of 300 mm.

Milling and Drilling Department

The Milling Department of Meccanica Italiana ® is equipped with CNC machines for milling and drilling, fitted with divider for 4th axis with a working range:

X = 2.200 mm
Y = 600 mm
Z = 700 mm
4° axis height = 220 mm

The Company is able to perform high machining and small productions, since the machining centres are equipped with pallet changer and commuter system.

Cutting Department

The Cutting Department of Meccanica Italiana^® is equipped for cutting all types of material with CNC Band Sawing Machine with maximum cutting capacity 280 mm on rounded surfaces and 280 mm x 280 mm on squared surfaces.

Testing Department

The Testing Department of Meccanica Italiana^®has an indoor area used for the Inspection of parts, managed by a Specialist in all Mechanical Testing of the Company.

The Technical Office Department of Meccanica Italiana^® is equipped with CAD Software Space Claim for technical drawings in 3D and CAM Software: Pro Cam for programming of machine tools.

In this way we can plan and realize any type of machining.
